Patented Up-Flow Design: Liquid enters the filter through the inlet at the bottom of the filter. As the liquid travels upward, it flows through the filter media, past the top seal which separates the dirty and clean water chambers, and down the standpipe to exit the filter. Because the top of the standpipe is located above the top seal, air is self-purged from the filter, eliminating the need for vents and improving filtration efficiency. Designed for use on the main water line in schools, large homes, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels & motels, Laundromats, campgrounds, and mobile home parks. |
- 304 Stainless Steel Housings, electro-polished for superior finish.
- Lids feature individual studs with hand-tightable bronze wing nuts for optimum security and convenience.
- Pressure-rated to 150 psi and hydrostatically tested.
- Cartridges (not included. See page T8-T11) are arranged in a single "cartridge cluster" for easy installation, removal, and service.
- Only 13" x 13" of floor space required.

Two filters in one! Dense solids are centrifugally-separated in the outer chamber, and cartridge filtration takes place in the inner chamber. The result is extended filter life, increased dirt-holding capacity, and reduced maintenance costs. Patented cartridges (not included) feature deep, angled pleats which direct water flow into the pleated areas for maximum removal. |
- 304 Stainless Steel Housings, electro-polished for added corrosion-resistance.

- Water enters horizontally from the side of unit to create rotational flow.
- Single, "jumbo" cartridges are easy to install, remove, and clean. (Cartridges not included with Housing. See page T10 for Hurricane Cartridges for various applications.)
- 1/4" fpt couplers are installed in inlet and outlet fittings to accommodate pressure gauges (not included).
- 1" Drain pipe for manual or automatic purging of heavy solids. (Drain valves not included.)
- Only 15" x 15" of floor space required.
